!*FIRSTNAME*!,

Welcome to your TrainerBase update 271.

Over the years we at TrainerBase have had many conversations with purchasers about their actual and potential habits as visitors of www.trainerbase.co.uk . Along with statistical research into visitor numbers we can declare that there is significant benefit to having a Full enhanced profile on TrainerBase. Benefits include:

  • up to 400% more visitors than the Basic profile

  • purchasers say they look at Enhanced profile first

  • search engine optimistation capability helps members own business web site rankings

  • and more

With this in mind and to encourage more members to benefit from this type of profile, in the next few weeks I will outline how straightforward it is for you can set up a Full enhanced profile and start raising your presence on the TrainerBase web site.

The first step (once you have an Full membership to the Learning Practitioners' Association) is to Activate and start populating your profile. I have put a new article on this in our .info site in the Member tips section along with previous articles on;

  • Trainer Profiles and
  • Points and Ranking.

In later updates I will explain some more intricacies of the TrainerBase web site and how to increase your chances of getting work including:

  • Sharing resources (without giving away your stock in trade)
  • Who been looking at your profile (how popular are you)
  • Networking (making contacts in a virtual world)
  • Applying for opportunities (how not to get yourself eliminated before you start)

If there are other topics about which you would like an explanation, please feel free to get in touch.

And do remember that the ability to find work via the site is just one of a number of benefits of being part of the Learning Practitioners Association. Others include:

  • discount insurance
  • free copies of TJ

What other benefits would you be interested in?
