The Learning Practitioners Association: representing all individuals substantially engaged in or actively working towards consultancy, design, development and delivery of training interventions whose recipients are outside statutory education.

The trusted place for trainers, learning developers & training advisers

!*FIRSTNAME*!,

Welcome to your TrainerBase update 272.

As the Learning Practitioners' Association which now incorporates TrainerBase, we continue to make progress with our engagement with the purchasing community. Carol Lewis our Business Development Officer is speaking to dozens of training officers, managers and directors in organisations such as County Councils, through manufacturing to large retail stores. With this engagement and the increasing number of purchasers signing on and using the TrainerBase web site it is even more important that members improve the appearance of their profiles.

In this weeks article which is on our .info web site I am taking populating a Full enhanced profile a little further with:

  • Adding images and links.

In the previous article I outlined:

  • Activating your profile, selecting a style and starting editing pages.

And in Future articles I will provide tips on:

  • Search engine optimisation

  • Resources, courses and programmes

If there are other topics about which you would like an explanation, please feel free to get in touch.

And do remember that the ability to find work via the site is just one of a number of benefits of being part of the Learning Practitioners Association. Others include:

  • discount insurance
  • free copies of TJ

What other benefits would you be interested in?
