The Perfect Place for Trainers, Learning Developers & Training Advisors

!*FIRSTNAME*!,

Now that I have been with TrainerBase for just over a month and am starting to understand the intricate workings of the business I would like to take this opportunity of introducing myself to you.  My name is Carol Lewis and as the Business Development Officer I am here, as part of the support team, to help generate increased activity on the site and optimise TrainerBase and The Learning Practitioners' Association in line with your needs.

At the beginning of June I informed you of our new Purchaser campaign that is now under way.  This involves:

GETTING MORE PURCHASERS USING TRAINERBASE.

By telling them about:

  • The key benefits.
  • How to use TrainerBase.
  • That it’s successful.
  • That it’s FREE.

WE EXPECT:

  • More direct searches for Trainers.
  • An increase in the number of opportunities/tenders posted on the site.
  • More resources downloaded.
  • An increase in contacts from Purchasers requesting advice from The Learning Practitioners’ Association.

The full plan with all the detailed activity of this campaign can be seen by clicking here.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Next week over 800 Purchasers will be emailed again to:

  • Remind them of the key benefits of TrainerBase.

We will Offer:

  • Free copies of TJ (Training Journal).
  • Our monthly Training Purchasers Bulletin.
  • Easy registration as a user of TrainerBase.

From September onwards we will maintain our contact with these Purchasers. The Training Purchasers Bulletin will update them regularly and start building awareness of The Learning Practitioners’ Association and the important place that the TrainerBase plays as part of that.

BE PREPARED FOR THE INCREASED PURCHASER ACTIVITY ON THE SITE.

BEING SEEN BY PURCHASERS.

Optimise your profile and make your business more visible by:

  • Adding text and pictures.
  • Uploading resources.
  • Linking to your own website.
  • Completing the keywords section on each relevant page of your profile. Keywords are single words or phrases you would expect visitors to type if they were to search for you. Put in as many as possible.

Take a look at the paper written by Mike Morrison: TrainerBase: Making the most of your membership.

This paper provides some very useful tips on how to optimise your profile.

More will follow and if you need a hand with making your profile work better for you email me or just give me a ring.  I'm happy to chat over the phone.

Best wishes
